Should you wish to return an item, our policy is listed below:
If the item is faulty, we will refund or replace the item at our cost, including postage and packing. Please ring us on 01303 893236 or 01303 890747 before returning the goods, so that we can discuss an appropriate course of action.
If you wish to return or exchange an item because you no longer require it, or it doesn't fit, you may do so, at your cost to return it, within 45 days. We will refund you the price of the item, but not the postage and packing charge. We will not accept items that have been labelled or washed, or defaced in any way.
We will not accept returns of personalised items, unless we have made an error in their production. In this case, the policy is as per the faulty goods procedure above.
